Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. Most orders will be processed in 1-3 days, weekends and holidays excluded. Your purchase will ship in 1-3 days and should arrive in 5-10 days depending on your location.
We will ship anywhere that will accept packages from the United States, however you are responsible for any shipments that are denied by customs, please note that you are liable for any duty.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
A-jeanny will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a company cheque as a refund. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
A-jeanny will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of A-jeanny.

When an item is backordered here at A-jeanny we will notify you that the item is in to give you the option of shipping the item out or reordering. Two weeks after you have been notified the item will be canceled.
