How do I order from A-jeanny For Witches & Warlocks?
Ordering from us is easy! Just browse our selection of items. When you find something you like, click on the thumbnail picture of the item or the "More Info" button. You will be sent to a page about that specific product including all the sizes available plus you will see a larger picture of the product. To place the item in your shopping cart, just click "Add to Cart ". Your item is now saved in your shopping cart and you may continue to shop and add items. The items placed in your shopping cart will remain there. When you are ready to order, just click the "Check Basket " tab on the menu bar and then "Proceed To Checkout", and you will be prompted to enter your shipping and billing information. You may view the contents of your basket any time by clicking on "View Basket" in the top navigation bar.
Orders
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
How fast will I receive my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. Most orders will be processed in 1-2 days, weekends and holidays excluded. Your purchase will ship in 1-3 days and should arrive in 5-10 days depending on your location.
What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping rates are a flat rate under 0.5Lb's and rate by weight over 0.5Lb's. Parcels over 3Lb's are charged at a higher rate due to size and handling. Please refer to our policies page for more detail description.
Does the A-jeanny Magical For Witches & Warlocks ship internationally?
Yes, We ship world wide .We will ship anywhere that will accept packages from the United States, however you are responsible for any shipments that are denied by customs, please note that you are liable for any duty.
Do you guarantee your products?
A-jeanny will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a company cheque as a refund. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
A-jeanny will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of A-jeanny.
Once an order has been shipped we cannot cancel the order!
